The Highest-Quality Organic Materials

Organic Latex Foam

We craft our products using premium organic latex, sourced from certified organic rubber trees and processed in a safe, environmentally responsible way. Our latex cores for mattresses, pillows, and cushions are made using the Dunlop process—a traditional method that gently heats and solidifies natural rubber into the desired density without adding extra chemicals.

Organic Coconut Coir (Palm Coir)

Our organic palm coir is made from recycled coconut husks—a material often treated as waste in other industries. The husks are gently processed over time using water as the only solvent, then woven into rope, flattened into supportive layers, and coated with organic latex.

The result is a rubberized coir core that is naturally water-repelling and germ-resistant, with excellent airflow, flexibility, and firm support. It also provides a strong, resilient base that replaces the need for metal springs, delivering stable, all-natural support for the body.

Coir Performance Tests

Our coconut coir is naturally breathable and resilient. Its open fiber structure promotes airflow to help reduce heat buildup while staying firm and supportive. These tests highlight coir’s breathability, water permeability, and elasticity—showing why it performs differently than foam.

Organic Cotton and Wool

In addition, our mattresses feature a natural quilted top layer made with organic wool and cotton, wrapped in organic cotton ticking. The wool serves as a natural fire barrier, helping meet safety requirements without the use of chemical flame-retardant sprays.
