Mattresses & Toppers

Palmpring offers a 10-year limited warranty on its mattresses, covering manufacturer defects. However, this warranty does not cover physical abuse, damage, or improper use of the mattress. Any misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear will void the warranty.

Body impressions of up to 1 ½ inches are considered normal and are not classified as defects. These impressions result from the natural materials in your mattress conforming to your unique sleep pattern, also known as your “personal sleep signature.” The surface impressions occur due to the natural settling and compacting of organic cotton and premium wool used in the mattress’s construction. To minimize this effect, rotate your mattress as needed.

Palmpring mattresses are designed for use on a rigid, non-spring foundation or a slatted foundation with slats no more than three inches apart. This warranty is based on tests conducted using our mattresses with appropriate foundations. Using an unsuitable foundation or box spring will void the warranty. If a warranty claim is made, proof of foundation quality may be required. If the original materials are unavailable at the time of repair or replacement, the company reserves the right to substitute materials of equal quality.

Palmpring reserves the right to refuse service if a mattress is deemed unsanitary. Customers are responsible for all transportation costs and applicable taxes. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase. Floor models are sold "as is" and are not covered under this warranty.

You may exchange any unused and unopened product within 30 days of purchase. However, a 25% restocking fee applies to all mattress exchanges. Custom orders are non-exchangeable and final sale. All exchanges and returns must be accompanied by a receipt.

Pillows & Yoga Mats

Palmpring offers a 2-year limited warranty on all organic latex pillows and yoga mats, covering rapid material deterioration, such as splitting or cracking of the latex. However, this warranty does not cover normal softening of organic latex over time, as this occurs naturally. Any physical damage caused by misuse or abuse will void the warranty.

This limited warranty is valid only with proof of purchase from Palmpring USA, presented in the form of a receipt. Due to health and sanitation regulations, non-damaged or non-defective pillows cannot be returned, regardless of whether they have been used or remain unopened.

To request a replacement under this warranty, contact Palmpring USA by phone or email for return authorization approval. Once approved, send the defective pillow or yoga mat to Palmpring USA. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
