Shipping policy

Truck Freight – Curbside Delivery Our mattresses and sofas are large and heavy, making them unsuitable for shipment via Small Parcel carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Therefore, we ship your order using an LTL (Less Than Truckload) common carrier.

Delivery Details:
Truck freight differs from standard parcel shipping in that you are responsible for moving the product from the curb into your home. For residential deliveries, the shipping carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment. Most companies offer appointment windows (typically 2–4 hours) between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. You will work directly with the delivery company to arrange a convenient time and date.

Inspection at Delivery:
It is important to inspect the package thoroughly upon delivery. If the box shows any damage or if you have any concerns, please write “PRODUCT DAMAGED” clearly on the delivery receipt. This helps ensure that any issues are addressed promptly.

Additional Services:
Please note that you may need assistance unloading the item. Many truck freight companies offer additional services to help move items from the truck into your home. Once we email you the tracking information, you can contact the shipper directly to inquire about these services. Any extra services provided will be your responsibility to pay directly to the carrier.

Order Processing:
To ensure your order arrives without damage or defects, each product undergoes a series of inspections before packaging and shipment. Orders generally take approximately 1–2 weeks to arrive after being placed. Please note that shipping times are approximate. For residential deliveries, you will be contacted to schedule an appointment as soon as your order reaches the local terminal.
